Subject: A "Clutching" question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

All (especially Syncronauts), I'm researching getting a new clutch assy for my 87 Syncro and being a well trained consumer, I want the biggest, baddest, sticks like glue, don't care how big my left calf gets, pressure plate & clutch disc. Seriously, having a hydraulic clutch pretty much negates even the most serious pressure plate actuation levels but for those that have gotten or know of a really good setup, let me know. Something that engages smoothly, last a decent amount of time and as previously mentioned, will stick like it's bolted directly to the flywheel. I know the vendors have a basic level, a better level and a premium level but they don't list "why" they are different (no pressure plate poundage or such) so I went to the archives. Well, you can imagine when I put in a search using the word "clutch".

Thanks

TJ
