Dennis, I have in fact the exact charger you suggested, with the Charge
Wizard.  The one thing I noticed is that when connected to the battery but
no 110 v ac going to the charger I still had the LED on the Wizard
illuminated.  And you are confirming my suspicion that both the solar
controller and the charger can be connected at the same time.
