While I am a supporter of the WVO option, I have also read how the US
government has went after a number of WVO users for past due road taxes.
They essentially will sue for any non-paid fuel taxes local, state, and
federal.  In other words, if you would normally pay between 50 cents to a
dollar fuel tax at the pump you will be liable for whatever they
(government) feel that you may have used as WVO and then you will have to
pay up!
