I've not used the Coleman, but have a similar-looking cooker on Quetzal, my Catalina 25 sailboat which mounts on a topside rail. Mine is not the best cooker in the world, so I either use the stove in the galley or a regular Coleman propane two burner which packs flat and easily, and I can use it either ashore or not. I don't like to cook in the Westy, so I use another Coleman two-burner on road trips.
