You two are not alone in this, I think mine are rolling around under the cabinet floor and I do not feel like pulling the kitchen to find them. The Alaskan fix as this happened on a trip was to cut for sticks of the correct height and place them in the corners then keep enough weight on top of the shelf to keep it in place, not perfect but it does work. I have been thinking about installing four short track sections and making the shelf adjustable or finding shelf supports that screw in as I do not want the shelf falling and I do not trust push in supports to stay in place.
