Carefully seal around the vent outside. Take the vent apart and reassemble, liberally applying some clear sealant around edges. Use common sense as to where and how much. The idea is that no air must blow in from cracks into the intake pipe as you are driving (the one off center). If you have too much air coming in, it will blow out your flame. Had the same problem, did the above, and now flame does not go out. Had it on on a 2 week trip without blowing out once!
