John C.. and Miguel both want to know how Mrs Squirrel uses a cezve to
make foam for her morning lattes. So from her mouth to your ears, here's
the technique she uses (she likes sweetened soy milk, you may wish to
experiment with other milks):

Pour about 4oz of vanilla Westsoy -- which whips the best -- into the
cezve and set it over a medium flame using your VW-logo stove grill hole
plugger. If you do not have a VW-logo stove grill hole plugger, you can
balance the cezve atop the burner itself, but the burner is convex so
it's tippy.
     While the milk is heating, prepare enough coffee in your mug to
fill it halfway.
     As soon the mile gets hot, but not hot enough to boil over, remove
it from the heat and whip it into a froth using one of those small
AA-battery-powered milk frothers.
     Pour about 1/2 of the milk mixture into the coffee, then whip the
remaining portion into as much of a foamy delightful confection as you
desire, and pour it onto the coffee.
     Clean the frother and cezve as soon as possible as it will get sticky.
