ETKA is almost a must for ordering parts...which is something you will get use to doing ;o). Funny, when I was at BOW WOW auto parts in Vancouver BC, I was actually better that the clerk at navigating the ETKA...that's when I realised I had a problem...LOL

If you have a PC (or a Mac running Virtual PC) get a copy of the ETKA. Its a little funky to use but the exploded diagrams are really helpful. Seeing entire sections of the van in exploded view can really make sense out of a problem when the Bentley is missing that one piece of info that you need.
