To hot, something IS WRONG, don't go back to that shop! they don't know what they are doing.

To test the fan and radiator:

First is to make sure the fan is working! remove lower grill, on right, there is a plug with wires, remove plug, now, you need to jump wires on plug, jump any of those until you see the fan work, continue, you should be able to see both speed go on, low and high. If not, fan is cooked, fuse burned or the negative (left firewall) not well grounded. If yes, you know the fan is good. Now, it the temp sender good? well, just change it! it cost nothing and it's a good thing to replace this one anyway. Get a new one, remove the old one, fast!!! screw the new one in... NO NEED TO BLEED ANYTHING. Now, run that engine and look hope for the best, if not working, your problem is in the back:
