I enjoy the ironic hypocrisy of the sticker manufacturers. They decry the sale of the "fish" emblem for the back of vehicles as folks making money off of gullible Christians. But how do you strike back? By buying stickers from their store of course :-)
As a "crazy right wing fundamentalist" Christian I have never put a fish sticker on my car (not saying it is wrong for those that do) and I have never felt the urge to damage or harass anyone who has a darwin sticker on the back of their car (even the one where the darwin turtle is obviously humping the Jesus fish, which is just asking for it). I even saw a guy with North Carolina plates drive through my town one time with a bright yellow Jeep. He had every Darwin sticker known to man on the back plus his license plate as something like "EVOLTN". Now their is someone dedicated to their religion for you.
It is friday or I would not be posting this obviously off-topic post to the list (hint, hint).
I try to treat everyone with respect, love and compassion no matter what their world view. I don't believe in survival of the fittest as I have known many superior people and animals in my time that didn't survive to mate and many, many other inferior people and animals that did. If I believed in luck I would say it was more like "survival of the luckiest" at best. As it is I believe that God is running the show and when things don't make sense to us it is because we just aren't as smart as He is.
Anyway, I guess that is my ramblings for today,
