With the pics of the interior though, they wouldn't actually be fooling anyone. If it's not a factory installation, they 'should' make that clear of course - at least that would be nice.

Calling it a "Westy" based on a conversion by a company which is deliberately named to create confusion doesn't, IMHO, constitute "stated as being a not westy."

It shouldn't be listed as a "Westy Vanagon," which is universally understood by VW enthusiasts to mean a Westfalia-Werke GmbH conversion. Much better if it were hyped as a "Synchro Vanagon coverted by Westy of Colorado," or in some way made obvious that it isn't what everyone considers a "Westy" to be.
