Oh, interesting detective work. Yeah it looks like this bus at one time had the ceiling mounted air conditioning ducts of a passenger van with a fixed roof and the overhead vents above the driver look like that hardware is still up there. So possibly the pop top was added? Westy Conversions of Colorado...hmm.
