And indeed it does ... but .... you have to shield the posts with something so there is no chance of contact with metal as the battery is higher than OEM and sticks up, just a little, above the box rim. The steel flap "almost closes" completely, and since it does not cover that box completely, that's where the posts can stick up above the box. The carpet on mine covers that well and there is no seat-swivel interference. The PC 925 fits better.
