I have a better method than that. I ship pretty frequently .......it's so I know 'about what to expect' on shipping on anything.... And if varies by who ships it (UPS< fed-ex, US post office etc. ), How far, how heavy and how big it is.

My guesstimate on a crank and rods .....60 to 80 lbs. If you 'have' to get an estimate....take a box that would hold those parts, take it to your UPS store or whatever, and just ask them 'how much to ship 75 lbs to this zip , in this box.' And you'll get your estimate.

If you had said from where to where ( but SO many people never include location info ..) I'd even give you a dollar guestimate. Scott www.turbovans.com

You could simply subtract the combined case, cam, and etc weight from the long block weight to arrive at the crank weight.
