I "buried" the hole measurement in an earlier post, but it's between:

3/32'" - 7/64" wide

I spun a drill bit with my fingers to make the hole as things were already mounted. Hole likely collapsed a tiny bit hence the range of measurement.

It didn't make sense that a regulator for a 3 burner BBQ would have less pressure present than the Westy's. With bleed hole open, it had 7 column inches.

As I had mentioned earlier, likely the heat of the afternoon sun that f'd up my test on LP. i.e. my BBQ reg would likely have worked fine for testing purposes.
