Gas-Adjust is just a brand name. The KYB Gas-Adjusts are not actually adjustable, and do tend to be somewhat hard-riding. You are not the first person who has commented about that. The Bilsteins also tend to ride a bit harder than stock, but not to the same degree.

The Boge/Sachs shocks are original equipment and will give you back your stock ride. We also have a slightly higher-end version of them (which we import exclusively) that have a little better performance and load capacity but still a very comfortable ride. The Koni's are the only ones that are actually user-adjustable, allowing you to "dial in" your preferred ride upon installation (or later, either to compensate for wear or if you're unsatisfied with the setting that you chose). If you pick between these three options you will not be disappointed.
