Don if you work for that cheap come on up we need some remodel and cabinetry work done on the house.  As a bonus you will get room and board, use of the Sauna, off street parking in a good neighborhood.  Use of the kayaks, bicycles, camping gear, and access to all the hiking camping and fishing you desire.  Once the work is done of course, no playing until then.  Oh, did I mention the access to the parts van and possible use of our Westy Syncro?:<)
