No, they aren't all the same.  Tha Vanagon use two different window switches
and each has different leads/ connectors attached. ( I bought much cheaper
ones that don't have the leads soldered onto the male tabs, and made my own
leads.)

The driver's side-passenger window switch works like a 3-way light switch,
to provide the power feed to the passenger side- passenger window switch. If
you somehow patch in the wrong type, the passenger window won't work
properly.  BTDT.

Anyone have one?  If I get one of those, I'll give you my extra one (it's
seems like the one you need).
