Hi: I can only speak from my experience.Tiico installed Three years, two
smog check at check only centers. We live in the central valley and are in
a smog 2 zone just like south Cal. I have passed both times no problem.
Not only that but these were cold calls I did not know the techs.So far so
good. If you read the Tiico yahoo list , much like the vanagon list you
might believe that it all just a fools errand. Its not. It does take time
and money and a little help from the better angels of your vans and your
own nature.
