That was me (hangs head in shame) . The project has stalled for lack of a decent wiki software that fulfills the four critical requirements: 1) free, 2) runs under Linux, 3) has a WYSIWYG editor rather than byzantine wiki markup for article layout, and 4) has an easy method of dumping the whole thing to HTML so as to make putting it on CDROM possible. The closest I've found is MediaWiki (like Wikipedia uses), but the WYSIWYG editor is an unreliable hack, and the HTML dump is even worse. Still looking though.
