Ya know, it's a great idea, as soon as the archives become more
useful to search. I have tried for several topics to search the
archives, with occasional hits of value, but usually I have to resort
to just posting here and letting older and smugger minds help me
out. The problem is that there is such an abundance of info in the
archives, such a volume of posts, and no meaningful keyword sorts or
moderation (per se) to the posts. And we do not all use the same
terms always, even, so for me the archives are a frustrating
experience most of the time. I mean no disrespect at all to the
keeper of the archives - they are truly a wealth of info. But I,
personally, have a very hard time accessing the wealth meaningfully.
Forgive me my impudence here, and I am certainly not trying to start
a war, but I had to say it anyway.
Thanks,
David
