Well, I checked all the fuses except position 6 as Jeff Schwaia and Mark Drillock pointed out. I continued to ignore this until Mark reiterated that it was a fuse and not a relay that I should be looking at in that spot. Fuse looked fine until I removed it. There was a V-shaped section of it completely melted. There's enough material left to make contact although at a glance it looked fine. Voila! Dash lights are finally on. And to think I've owned this thing for just over 3 years... Thanks guys! Still tyring to figure out what those extra wires are for. Jeff suggests it might be for the rear heater since it's less than a foot away from the fuse block. This Doka did not come with a a rear heater so there is nothing to plug this into. Oh well, this can wait now that I have dash lights. Good morning all. Or as the Japanese on tourist in the Mid-West might say... "Ohio Goh-zah-eh-masu."
