Spray some of that snake oil on the sway bushings( inner and outter). This
will usually un squeeks the control arm bushings, but it didnt,soooooooooo,
I suspect the sway bar bushings are the villian.

If you do replace the upper ocntrol arm bushings,and want to tack weld them,
use a electric welder.a gas welder creates lots more heat, and can melt the
interior of the new bushings.
