If you don't have the experience to be able to 'read the entrails' after you've popped the piston, you might be better off going with a rebuilt caliper, or even better, two. If one caliper is sticking, the other won't be far behind.

Do yourself a favour and get two rebuilt calipers from a parts place that will send you the right version for your van. If you get ATE and need Girling and find that out AFTER you've committed, you'l be swearing! :)
