We have them for $125.  They are German.  Usually Victor Reinz.  Does
the complete engine, not just the heads.  Comes with both sealants you
need.  I have used them and the Elring kits over the years with no
problems.  I can ship it from my warehouse in California so that it
would be to your place in a couple of days.
