Oh, yes, I had to sue a cowboy "mechanic" for bankruptcy and have a bailiff retireve my 75 Bay, which he had illegally impounded (because he was trying to charge me a year's storage for a repair he had been ordered by the court to do a year before). He wrecked the van, but the case wrecked his business, so I guess some good came of it.

Then again, having worked in the taxi business, I see that the the customer is anything BUT always right. Someone in business has to stick up for his rights too.
