I should ahve made it clear that the three wires are NOT joined together.

Jeff Schwaia gave me the same basic run down in the wires. The Grey/Blue is hanging in the breeze (phone guy terminology) and no obvious place for it to plug in. The Brown tested correctly again swinging in the breeze. Lastly, that bigger gauge Black/Yellow has positive on it.

IIRC Jeff, said that Grey/Blue probably plugged in to the stock radio for backlighting. There was no power on that so the relay might be the culprit. I'll try that next. The fuses all tested good.

I'll report back here once sorted out.
