I hear you Hellen... still, for some older folks that are use to check, the
nice kind of people... i still take check as they don't own debit and don't
like to use credit card, well, that is what they told me... An older men
told me that i should take that as an honnor (taking his check)... he is 82
yo and still sleep in a Vanagon camper, I have great respect for that. But
lately,  he lost his drivers licence because he doesn't see well anymore,
his wife, 5.0 feet tall now drive the van, this couple is so nice that i
will never refuse a check from them.

But to the new generation... i say NO. Check are something of the past.
