I've owned two Vanagons and kept the names thet teh previous owners had given them. The first "Pokey" was named after her colour (the same as the clay horse) but also fit for her speed (an air cooled westy). The second "Simba" (syncro westy)has not stuck as well, I keep calling it "Van"...
