i think you might mean the hammock for over the front seats
i used to have one for my Tin Can Tourist ...
that was a 69 type 2
i wondered what the clips on the window posts were for then one day
i stopped at an old germans workshop in or near lund BC canada...
he gave me the hammock...
how sweet is that ...
sadly though the Tin Can Tourist became the delinquent child of a rather
nasty split up so
i sent the woman off in it .. with strict instructions to take good care of
it ...
she hired some unwesty sorts to drive it across the usa ...
they ran out of oil in new mexico or nevada and that is where she was sold
...
standing as is ...
so i hear
who knows ...
i found it listed as an internet item long time ago ...
that van and i had a bond
my first real mechanical success...
sigh ...
