There were some cool stuff in the 80's but you have to remember rock and roll took a serious downturn, there were mullets, fashion was dictated by Cindy Lauper and Madonna the automotive industry had reached it's pinnacle of "built in obsolescence". Cars were literally designed to break after a given amount of miles in the late 70's early 80's, hence the takeover by the Japanese.

There was plenty of fun to be had though...

Hey, I could buy Microsoft at $5 a share then I could afford a GoWesty Syncro now!!!!
