Bill,
I have the Hankooks RA8 in 195R14 on my Westy. I am
very happy with them. They are pretty quiet and wear
slowly. They are pretty solid - well, now that I think
about it, they feel somewhat "squirrely" at about 90
mph :-)
Grip offroad is not the best, but still acceptable.
The number I had down for them was 790 revs/mile which
would only be about 2 % off my speedo which is 805
revs/mile. I think they are a actually a little bigger
than that, because my speedo reads about 70-72 mph
when I'm in fact doing 75 mph as measured by my GPS.
Not an accurante measurement, but it should give you
an idea.
