For now... and i try a lot of Vanagon each week with all kind of tire, the Continental Vanco are dificult to beat as for handling, even in heavy rain and wind. http://www.benplace.com/85rouge/body105.jpg

I have the 15in version, different "shape wise" than the 14in. I have the 205.

With the Subi engine i had no choice to go for a solid tire and 15 or 16in wheels.

I also likie the Vred but they are more and more dificult to get.
