Yes, good idea not to touch it! It holds the oil pump pick-up in place, inside the case. If you remove it, you may not be able to get the strainer / pick-up back on the bolt. And then you are looking at possibly having to split the case to get it back on...

It is the red arrow'd one. It looks like ETKA's part number is N-014-739-1, and description "Bolt, with Hex. Socket Hd. - M8x16).
