Dear list members,
don't miss the Perseid meteor shower this year. Drive
to you favorite dark spot away from city lights
tomorrow night and expect a meteor or two at peak
sometime after midnight. I'll be in the Ventana
wilderness at 5000 ft tomorrow night, can't wait,
really.
I just was outside and they are already coming in at
impressive rate. That's one thing a vanagon is good
for: escape pod from civilization.
