Beetle rims are 1/2" narrower than the bus rims & will not give you a good safe ride.

FWIW, buses went to 14" rims in 64.

You can get rims at swaps for $5-10 each more w/ all 5 of the hubcap clips-retail for $25-40+- each for really nice ones.
