Joe,

While I can't verify for sure that my issue was the Temp2 sensor I replaced mine and the symptoms went away (could be my wiring harness and unrelated).

However I was having:

*Poor running *Black smoke *rich running *terrible gas milage *stumbling

It's a cheap and easy replacement if you think yours might be bad.
