I mentioned these guys the other day as a source for 3-for-a-buck tantalum capacitors, they also have lots of fans for short money. This is where I got the fan I use inside the Dometic:

Is is tough to keep things cold when leaving Tucson on a hot day and driving to the coast (puts the fridge on the sunny side of the van) so I usually freeze a couple bottles of water and stick those in the 'fridge to give it a boost until I'm across the desert. Otherwise, it cools fine.
