Where do you live??? for a mechanic, it's a 1 hour job, on a lift, very easy on a lift! i can't imagine doing that with the 4 wheels on the ground... oufff.

Anyway, if you want to do it, raise the rear of the front of the van to get some space to work.

The first thing to do is to disconnect the NEG of battery... yea! Second and the worse part, remove the fuel neck, those 3 screws behind the fuel cap. When the screws are out, you need to twist the neck counter clock wise, about... 30deg. Now pull this one out of tank... of course, you have remove all possible fuel before. Now block outgoing and return fuel line from tank, in your case, maybe you don't need to :-) , put a jack under tank, remove strap screw, remove strap, lower tank, now you will see that the bypass tupe is stuck on the floor of the van in a very stupid hook... remove the bypass tube of the tank on each side, out of the gromet http://www.benplace.com/85rouge/rouge93.jpg

Remove fuel sender wire, remove the fuel vent flex tube on each side.

Tank is out!

Ben
