Sorry JP, i know you did reply in p-mail but i seem to have lost this one! Anyway, like you said in that e-mail, you took care of the valves lately and the oil and filter are ok. On top, you tolf me that you don't use the van everyday, so, that sound a bit like a lazy lifter... nothing else! BUT, do one thing, have the valves check again, carefully, AC engine go wrong pretty fast. You may also have a failing valve spring... and this take a lot of knowledge to detect! You nee to look at the vavle tip. Also, here is how to find which lifter is th cupid (can i say thatin English?) In the morning, remove both valves cover, one by one, check all valve/lifter by pushing on those, but you need to put each cylinder in TDC to do so for eachcylinder that you want to test. http://www.benplace.com/tdc.htm http://www.benplace.com/1700valves.htm Bla bla bla...
