If one "must" have the slide lever on the left side, then all one has to do is unbolt the track from the bottom of the seat and swap them from left to right. takes maybe 10 mins tops. (just make sure you remember how the spring clips and levers go) but to most people, its hardly worth the effort.. chris with the slide lever on the right and it doesnt bother me :<)
