Subject: WTB - 84 Westy D/S Seat
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

A close look at my driver's seat reveals that it is not going to last forever (the padding in the back is shot and there is a hole worn on the outboard bolster where I drag myself in). I'm looking for a good replacement in this pattern:

Also a couple of questions --

1) If I am only able to source a passenger seat (as they are more likely to be in good shape) can this be made to serve as a driver's seat?

I can see that the slider control is located on the opposite side (never adjust that anyway) and there is a rubber guard around the corner of the D/S seat bottom, possibly to protect it from the handbrake lever when rotating the seat (I never rotate the driver's seat).

2) Is this (attractive? stunning? retro?) pattern unique to the 84 Westies or was it also used on non-Westies &/or other years?

Thanks for any answers, advice or leads.

Geo
