Don,
I'm with you. The moment I begin to believe that I
need power-steering, power-windows, power-mirrors, AC,
electric butt warmers, power-seats, all kind of
warning beeps and blares that go off because - gasp -
the key is in the lock and I dared to open the door,
automatic transmission, voices that tell me when to
make a turn, the well-"oiled" advertisement machine of
21st century corporate America has finally broken my
mind.
Enough said.
Reinhard

PS I'm waiting for automatic buttwiping on a
port-a-potty with heated seat (computer controlled, of
course, with a nice comfy suggestive voice to remind
me that I have to do my business now)
