It does work if you have the time. I went to the local AP and picked up a suction gun. Take the bottles under with me, open one at a time, suck the fluid into the gun and squirt it into the filler hole. The gun holds about 1/2 quart at a time, so it goes pretty quick. I tried one of the bottle mounted pumps. It worked, but took too much work to do it.
