Subject:      Strange Vanagon airfoil sighting

Heading into Newport RI Friday eveing was a dove gray - blue-ish Westie with a hugh airfoil towering over the luggage area.  This looked just like one of those air foils on tops of the cab of a semi-trucks.  It was painted the same color as the vanagon and this thing was tall, possibly 3' tall!   My guess it was to defelct air around bicycles ona roof rack, but the roof was bare, bikes were on a rear rack.

Anyone familar with this rig?
