Results so far, sorted first by transmission type, then by mpg. As can
be seen, in the automatic transmission category, Rocky Squirrel (me) has
the worst mpg. You will need to set your email to use a fixed-width font
for this to not appear a total mess. Note that some data are missing
from some respondees.
