Once again calling on the vast resources of the vanagon list:

Due to a small inheritance issue of real property in New Mexico, my
Oregon attorney tells me that I need to chat with a real estate
broker or attorney who is passingly familiar with estate law in the
state of New Mexico.

If you can point me the right direction (or if you ARE the right
direction), please drop me a line.
