Subject: Fuel tank leak - need MI mechanic
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

Our friend's 90 Vanagon Westy has the fuel tank leaking problem when filled full. They are getting the replacement seal kit, and will need a Vanagon mechanic who can do the job for them.

I would do it, but I'm too busy with my flywheel seal issue.

Does anyone know a good Vanagon Mechanic in the Detroit area (northern suburbs)?

How long of a job is it to do this repair? Book time vs. "best / actual" time?

What would you estimate the labor cost for this repair?

Thanks!

Jack R.
