Doesn't woprk that way.

Do this. Send the following:

To: Listserv@Gerry.Vanagon.Com

(note the spelling of "listserv" without the "e" - that is proper in this case)

Subject (leave this blank)

Text: SET VANAGON NOMAIL

Press the send button.

That should do it for you. When you get back, send the same message, but SET VANAGON MAIL, instead. This is a switch to turn mail off and back on again.
