Up until the beginning of summer, the Vanagon had the least mileage of any of our cars (Previa, 265K; New Beetle TDi, 165K; TT, 145K, Jetta, 145K; Vanagon, 129K). The Previa finally died, so there's a young'un in the stable now (Sienna, 60K). Not a one has ever seen the dealer out of warranty. No doubt the article calculates the savings based on dealer service, so I figure we're way ahead of their figures. |
